Mugly isn't a Chinese crested. It's a Xoloitzcuintli. Contact the owner and let her know what she actually has. They are a rare dog. They tried to kill them into extinction. There are 10k in the USA and 30k worldwide. They are an ancient Aztec dog. They come in 3 sizes. Standard, miniature and toy. She has a toy. Some even do have hair. Most of the breed doesn't or has very little. Mine has a little on her head, feet and tail.

Mugly’s toenails are waay too long and that’s neglect by the owner. 😢Toenails that long are painful! I promise you he is in pain from those long toenail😢 Please clip his toenails!🙏💜
