Goodness... I feel like I’ve cheated or something by watching this!! Lol. An incredibly enlightening amount of useful info packed into a short amount of time. I’ve only watched three of your videos so far but they’ve already provided me with so much during a time of need. I am looking forward to watching more and I am appreciative of the help you offer here - thank you.

So lovely to have you here, Maissa. I'm glad these videos are helpful. I soon lead a six-week online program on Saturdays, beginning Oct 3. Perhaps you wish to participate? It would be lovely to have you join. Here's info about the program from the community tab: kzbin.info/door/iXw_ftrQiEAqMhPgny_H5gcommunity I accommodate global currency discrepancies, FYI, so there is fair value for all and so people across the globe can participate. Also, I have more posts planned, including a video about shame & perfectionism so stay tuned! Thanks again for viewing.

The more I’ve tried to operate in these systems, the more I’ve realized how others believe themselves to be victims and are then willing to victimize others

Hi. I love your videos. I think it would be helpful to lessen the focus on certainty in the thinking train. Truth doesn’t come from certainty. The consensus in academic Anglo-American philosophy is that you only need to have proper justification to take something to be true. So, as Descartes found, very little is certain; I could be tricked by a demon or be in a simulation. But I have no justification, no reason to believe that those possibilities are true. So I know it is true I am not in a simulation although it is not certain. I hope that helps. Sorry for sounding a bit wooden, but I wanted to get close to the usual terminology in case you thought it was interesting to research. The main point is that it is not necessary or helpful to think about what is true as being what is certain. As Descartes said, the only certain thing is that “I am” :) Great videos. Thanks for the support
