When I see a Yankello video in my recommended list, I click on instinct. Doesn't matter what it's about, I know I'm gonna like it.

@@Sinekyre14 I didn't have a tennis ball to hand so I grabbed rolled up socks instead.

Love how you correct your boxers in theese videos. No matter how good you are, your coach sees even the smallest mistakes you make.

I'm so happy at the rate that this channel has been blowing up in recent months. I once thought Yankello's channel was a nice hidden gem on youtube. Now, it is almost at a 100k subs!

Happy Thanksgiving Tom! I'm grateful to have your channel and you as a trainer. I learned more from your videos then every trainer I had combined! The true art of boxing is decaying but thanks for keeping it alive! Can't wait for Saturday! Tyson still look fundamentally intacted however Roy speed and reflexes haven't eroded notiably either. Roy couldn't of chosen a better coach! Tyson better be ready! Soon as I can I'm coming out to Pittsburgh to train! Thanks for the great content like always!

Good video as always. I actually tried this with a few objects and found that balled up socks gave me better results than a tennis ball because when you really hit this with speed, the tennis ball has the tendencies to bounce away from your hand whereas a balled sock doesn't.

Lol! You stole my drill. Try this drill with a golf ball as well to speed up things. This drill helped me train my 10 year old son's timing, hand & eye coordination. Tip: starting the drill out with a bounce instead of a static position will also help with foot speed & movement as you throw that combo.
