1). I used the physics and controller from Unity standard Vehicle Asset. 2). They are from Horizon but they are not included yet.

I didn't catch: can I download from Google Maps a big city with it's 3D buildings and scycrapers to Unity with this asset? The buildings may have different from real textures, but the buildings should be. And be on their places... Is it possible?

No, this data acquired from multiple source incl Google maps Bing, for 3d building Google didn't provide that except crappy box

No the trees/rocks and buildings are used from other Assets. What you see in the technical features part, that is all included.
