@@kloschuessel773 Haaland was very close to joining utd , he even met Ole personally at Norway, but there were some terms which Ole simply agree with. His agent Mino riola wanted hefty commission for the deal , performance related bonuses for Haaland(which is absolutely fine) and himself and not to forget riola also wanted 25% of any future profit by selling Haaland . And also a reminder the amount of trouble riola causes to his clients clubs later on is simply a big headache for any manager.

Norwegian talents that are sold from Norwegian clubs almost never go for over £10m. This was a long time ago and it would probably be more today but I think John Carew went for £6-7m and he was a monster talent in his day so I would guess around 4-5m in todays market because he has not proven himself on another level. But if he debuts on the national team and performs against decent teams and Bodø-Glimt qualifies for EL and he plays well there the price can go up

muco rolle he had to play too much i think and he got battered by opponents in some games. Do you remember how they massacred that kid in some games? And when he had a few games without assists and goals ppl immediately criticized him harshly like is usually done in the pl... Which can also hurt a young players confidence

He had great offers that he refused, he decided to stay in Norway this season to win gold medal with Bodø/Glimt. He is a youngster with character.

Jack There was a sort of agreement with belgium club Cercle Brugge before the season that started this summer. But then the team won their first 10 games in the league, and in the last minute he refused Cercle Brugge. He wanted to stay to try to win the league. They are now leading the league with 7 points with one less game to Molde in second place, half season. They will also play Europa League qualifier soon. Probably not good enough now for MU, but a very talented player indeed.
