Wow. Heard all these cats plenty but never the bassist. Larry Evans? He sounds like a monster. Did he play around New York much. Who with?I cut my teeth on Art Blakey and Horace Silver and saw many versions of groups they led but never this bassistN and as I say he sounds like a monster.
