This has already been done back in 2010 with a 2009 Dodge 3500 dually, it had 8 wheels 4 rear 4 front. Not the fisrt dually front-end conversion bud. But it is pretty cool I'll send you a picture through tunnel chaser of the Dodge 8x8....

Steve Maccollum they actually are hub centric. They have flange nuts with a washer. Old BUDD wheels were stud pilot and on duals they used an inner thimble but and an outer nut.

this with some Chains would be perfect on snow since it gives you much more surface area.. if you could do something about the turning radius and clearance then that would actually solve the problem. those tires that they use at the golf course which are super wide and don't have very much pressure would probably be the perfect Tire to use in really snowy and even somewhat slushy conditions
