I followed my pappy on my first elk hunt when I was 12 years old. By the time I was a teenager I was bow hunting elk on my own. Over the next couple years I went through the steep learning curve of elk calling. I’m not gunna lie, I have been on both sides of the “flutty” delema, been both pitcher and catcher so ta speak....... this story finally brings it all full circle for me..... finally closure! Thank You.

That was funny Dirk. I love the three-in-one Wind Checker/Terminator bugle/beer bong! Multi-tasking is obviously one of Doug's strong points. I thought Dusty was going to get socked in the belly...Doug started to go off the deep end when confronted about his true identity. Looked like some really deep issues were about to emerge! I am pretty sure there is more to Doug's story than what we saw...hopefully Dusty can apologize and and Doug will forgive him and grant him a second followup interview. LOL... can't wait so see this seasons content!

Why no out takes? Have to show a out take video guy's! This is gonna break Trent's heart not being involved in this once in a lifetime D.F. interview. Great interview though guy's. Its one I feel so lucky to have witnessed to say the least. I've personally heard Doug Flutie bugling in the elk woods on more then one occasion. But having been able to watch and listen to him make that rocky mountain music on that elk flute felt like such a privilege, such a learning experience. I feel that my chances of harvesting my first bull next September is so much greater now then it was before the viewing of this video. So thank u and well done fella's, well done! P.s.
