Best log press tutorial series on youtube! Great work! I have to refer back to these videos every few months as I found I get lazy on my form over time.

So I dont know if this is the right videos. But I watched all these videos last week. And did it light til I got comfortable. Then I started do sets of 5 getting heavier. I got up to 265lbs for 5. I had never done it for than a double at that weight. The leg drive is what I really changed up the most.

Are there any other cues or tips for people who do a push jerk? Anything we need to remember for the 2nd dip or the catch? Should we even think of it as a catch?

You should keep the rack, the dip, and the extension the same, on a push jerk you’d want to get your head through faster / apply the same cues as a weightlifting power jerk

lately ive been getting light headed when doing log, i dont usually, is that soley just down to not breathing correctly?

What helps for me is heavy log clean and holds, heavier than I can press. If you go for a press or jerk it feels lighter and i don’t get dizzy
