Strange to you maybe, i love him, he's hilarious, you may think he is strange because he has a big passion for acting and he always tries to turn any real life situation into a film like situation, i personally find that hilarious, IE when he gets into the car he has to jump in and make sure there aren't any bad guys around etc. He's brilliant.

The gloves can help with grip on the wheel, but in hot weather they're also really useful when you park your car outside since when you get in, the wheel is usually really hot and can burn your hands if you don't let it cool. They might be for that as well.
