I think - more ventilation in your storage room. We had a netted bag of store bought Onions hanging in our Kitchen that started to sprout. I'm thinking humid, warm, low air flow...yup. Funny how they need so much care to start them out! Well...Love the Fakeout Chicken! I will be making these for the Freezer and then heating them in the Air Fryer! Love, love, love that idea. AND without sauce on them, you can really dress them up in endless ways! Fabulous! Thank you so much!

If you dice the onions up they can be stored in sandwich bags in the freezer for a full year.
