The branding on the part cost nothing to add. The text on the PCB is the same lays as the all other exposed copper on it like for test prints, earth around the screw holes etc. The manufacturing cost i per layer and do not depend on what is on the layer. The same for all other parts where they what to have the part number printed and then adding the logo do not cost anything extra. The only extra work is to add the logo into the CAD file.

The specs of the patents used in these devices can be looked up and you can figure out vulnerabilities to all security systems that are wireless like it. The only true way to use wireless and it work is to have two (or more) very different systems on each entryway and advertise a outside security system to trick burglars into jamming a system you don't truly have a system of. This guarantees that they jam the wrong signal unless they jam every possible signal that is used in wireless security systems.
