The reason, people adopt hate for them is the audience. Their audience is the most toxic audience which ever got place in the world. The only thing that matter to them is that, "You need to like them because that is what we do, otherwise, we won't accept you as a human". They are teenager girls who blindly have useless sparks in their eyes that, "These people are Gods and we, their ARMY has to protect them". Their fandom simply doesn't bear any opinions and doesn't even understand that there being 2 sides of a can, one can't just get a particular side, if he wants the coin, he get both the sides. In this case, the coin is the title of 'The Best Fandom in the World", one of the sides is 'Popularity' and the other side is 'Hate'. They simply don't get that popularity comes along with hate, just like night comes with day. The day, the so-called "ARMY" gets this, believe me, we won't be that obsessed about this mere temporary music trend which doesn't change our course of progress.

To be honest I thought the same thing and didn’t like bts because of there fans but after listening to their music I saw why people loved then so much. I agree that it gets annoying sometimes but it’s usually there young children in the fan base who do so. Most fans are sane and don’t go crazy over them.
