I got to meet Clay and Jeff @ SEMA, what a thrill. Clay came over and chatted with my father and I about the 57 for a good 20 minutes, what a thrill for both of us! I can't say this any more clearly, Clay approached us like old friends, his enthusiasm on this project was so cool and he is the same guy we see here on his channel! I have been lucky to meet some pretty famous people in my life. I will never forgot our conversation with Clay... Thank you for making a bucket list day for my father and I (being at SEMA together) so special. See you in Pomona!

The car looks awesome. If I could change 1 thing it would be the fuel cell. Chip built a hydrogen Chevelle a while back and used a fuel cell that fit in the stock fuel tank location. Other than that the build looks flawless. I even like the hemi. Build your drive train as a kit and get it out there where every hotrodder can have one.

Man at the 10 minute mark when that tall announcer started talking and the cameras panned back... I was waiting for Clay and Jeff to break out in song and sing the "Lollipop Guild" song from the Wizard of Oz. Ya'll looked so tiny then. Follow the SEMA Brick Road.. FOLLOW THE SEMA BRICK ROAD. I am looking forward to when this car shows up on Jay Leno's Garage. That would be the PERFECT place for it to start. He has the money to benefit the program the car was built for. He has the resources to keep it well maintained and used. Finally he has the means to show case it and promote the technology in a good way.

No joke, how big and heavy is the fuel tank. A friend ran a propane 51 Olds with stick back in the 50s. I ha a 63 pu with propane. But mileage was Les and power down. Always wished for a device to advance timing on propane and Retarding on regular gas. Electronic stuff now could do that. Nothing will make me young again tho. Good luck.

The tank is spun aluminum wrapped in carbon fiber. Empty is weighs just over 100 pounds. Filled with hydrogen, it weighs about 110 pounds.
