Worlds most comforting espresso drinks - tiramisu iced coffee

For the tiramisu cream:
- 1tbsp(ish) mascarpone
- 4tbsp heavy cream
- 1tbsp vanilla syrup
For the drink:
- 2x espresso
- 3/4c milk
- your desired amount of tiramisu cream
- cocoa powder for dusting

To me this looks vastly inferior to tiramisu. Sure it has some of the same ingredients but I feel like it uses them in a vastly inferior way and I'd be left thinking, "if only I had some tiramisu rather than this"?

@@cichlisuite2this is definitely true but not because the drink ISNT good, but because tiramisu IS so good. This is a lot quicker and simpler to make (tiramisu doesn't have to be that difficult or long but it's still a good bit more effort than this) plus this is a way to enhance your coffee if you wanted a drink/caffeine anyways. I suppose the issue would be to see if you can avoid immediately impulsively making tiramisu after this since just the drink isn't enough. I gotta go make some tiramisu.

You could definitely do this with available coffee. Worst case try to at least google the best easy to find instant coffee and just make it a bit more concentrated/less hot water so you have room for milk, then do the foam. I'm just trying to figure out what syrup he used (maple? Agave? Just brown simple syrup?) and I just realised I'm not sure if he used milk, half n half, or cream in the whip but I think the cheese helps give it structure so you might be able to get away with normal milk. Usually it just becomes liquid if you don't have heavy cream. Bonus: dust it with cocoa powder and get a bag of ladyfingers to dip, or buy two and two tubs of the cheese and make a tiramisu to have after you drink the coffee.

Side note: there is possibly really good instant coffee, but you'd probably have to buy it online and it definitely costs more, I'm not sure how much. I think James Hoffman has a good video on fancier instant coffees and how different they are and what's more worthwhile.

I believe he's preparing an espresso, blending milk with marscapone cheese, which is a key element in tiramisu (i actually love that brand he uses. Great as a spread for bread and crackers. It is mild and sweet with a cheesey tang). Then pouring the marscapone-milk mix with the espresso. It looks very good

I love coffy and hoping to make my own flavors. I bought coffee online from Portugal near a volcano which is rare , so I'm going to make my own syrup and then add 3 different flavors with a smal batch of beans and roast them, i bought them pre roasted but it'll still work hopefully 😅. The flavors are pumpkin pie spice, peppermint, and cinnamon i have all the ingredients im so excited YAY,i love coffee and hope to make a coffee shop and sell my own syrup and flavored coffee and ik it tajes a lot of money and a process but im here for it😊
