That grab of distorted Josh was fekking hilarious! Some of those groups were pretty respectable...given most people shoot more foulers or blow down condoms or stick condoms in funny places to minimise shift! I can't bring myself to do that yet but maybe one day I will. I had the same response with that RWS Target rifle. The ammo is too variable and gives me same results. SOme of those other ammo's showed great potential though! They say dog owners pick dogs that look like them...maybe there is a reason you chose this handsome looking CZ hybrid Joe. You truly are one very funny (and informative) S.O.B! Keep 'em coming. Shoot the CZ again and put a bow of the good ammo for groups...I am really interested to see how you two work together and see you start believing!

That CZ is the Ugly Duckling that is turning into a beautiful Swan. I had to try different lots to find what my 457mtr likes. Hates Ely but one lot of Center X and one lot of RWS Target Rifle shot amazingly well. Timney trigger helped a great deal too.

You can put a clothing iron on the front plate for about 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees. It should soften the glue enough to get the aluminum plate off.

My guess is that CZ is in cahoots with expensive ammo makers. That's all CZ's seems to like. I sent mine in for warranty work, and they've had it since 1/19/24 and doesn't look to even been started on. Online they tell you, 4 to 6 weeks turn a round, but they forgot to mention they just turn your gun around on their waiting rack! They could learn a thing or two from Ruger's customer service, that's for sure.

I’ve a 455 varmint 16.5 inch and it’ll shoot 1 hole groups with RWS subsonic 40 grain or norma tac .22 at 54 yards which is what it’s zeroed at you must have a dud barrel
