Check your torque converter bolts, bell housing bolts etc. They can be hitting and make a sound like that. Unfortunately you can hear it better in person than I can over the intetweb. BUT, it's worth a check. The bent pushrods show that it's probably valve train though.😢

Kentucky explains why it's rusty like it is if it was a og Texas car it would be solid LOL! When I was young my Parents has one of them cars it was blue on blue and the ass end was up in the air my uncle had one but it was a Road Runner 340 4 spd.

You should put new flex lines on the brakes if not your going to have issues and either cook your brakes till there is no brakes at all
