If you shrunk a 16lb. bowling ball down to the size of a grapefruit and sunk a shot from the free-throw line of a basketball court, you’d be hitting the shot put world record. You’d also be Ryan Crouser, the best shot putter in the world.

I coach in a small high school in Mississippi and I preach Newton’s force equation Force = Mass X (Speed squared), but the next level is the centrifugal force equation. How do you maximize centrifugal force?
