This is part 5/ 5 of episode 6 of a Belgian TV Show called World Record.
On February 3rd, A Belgian TV show made an episode about the World Record in Javelin Throw by Jan Zelezny.
In this episode they look for some key elements that made this the unbelievable throw as we know it today.
This episode was made during the end of 2018 and 2019 and is meant to give an insight in the Javelin throw for not practitioners.
I do not hold any credit for this show. I only put on the English subtitles so every one could enjoy this work of art!

The records still stands. It is easy to speculate on what will be. This is a very difficult record to top. Zelezny’s consistency and perfection in all of the details is not at all easy to duplicate. So far the throwers chasing him have had their high moments, but not that continuous consistency.

A thrower must have both speed and brute strength. Both are very important. Powerful as fire but fast as a lightning.
