I don't know what it is, charisma, flair, or something else - but there something special about Jiahui - he is one of these unique players who makes the game look good. Hopefully he keeps getting good results, so that he can get to play on the main televised tables - snooker needs him.

I was so worried that losing to Brecel in world championship the way he did would really affect him, but he's bounced back amazingly. Inside the top 16, first 147, first victory over trump. I see him winning tomorrow and i really hope he does, he's great to watch

A number of seasons ago I was following this Chinese player through Q School etc getting amazing results and winning a lot of matches. I thought is going to be very interesting to see how well he does if qualifies onto the main tour which duly did. I've been a bit surprised more wasn't made of him back then as I certainly saw something emerging, fantastic👏👏👏 !!!

The cueing and the potting are top notch, but the cue ball control is actually far from the best as the cue ball lost the positions too many times and often ended up farther or higher than the ideal spots. All 147 breaks are great, but this one only ranks in the lower tier in terms of quality. If Si Jiahui is to become a real elite snooker player, he has to work hard on improving his cue ball control, as the potting will only take you so far and so long.
