* KMC e12 etp chain (typical hardtail non eBike) * 34T offset +3mm chainring (to move my chainline to the middle of the cassette) * SLX 12 speed 10-51 Cassette * replaced bottom bracket Shimano bb mt800 to the same new one in hope to fix some creaking while pedaling (sadly creaking still here 😭)

Question for the next podcast: Should everyone own a dirt jumper? I got into dirt jumping recently and noticed a massive improvement in cornering, pulling for jumps and general Steeze and a nice dirt jumper is only like £400 which is pennies compared to big bikes nowadays

Just got a sweet fork on clothes out for 60 plus percent off from that Colorado company going out of business, picked up a 40 mil riser bar too. Going to put the bar on and run the forks into the ground to see if I want any more lift

Hey thanks! And they are tested to UPF30 but that essentially means it’s absolutely impossible to be burned through them in any UV intensity. Hence we we call them “Nofry” 😎🍻

I just installed an xt 12 speed drivetrain with the 4 pot brakes. Pretty amazed at the performance all around. No need for wireless when it works this good. Brakes are by far the best Ive had on any of my bikes. I liked my Deores but the xt has much better modulation.

Actually I was thinking 165 cranks would have been high on the selling list they seem to be hard to get right now having my order cancelled due to no stock.

So not related 😮 but i had a archer components electronic shifter with a xtr derailleur after a year the motor burned the cie said no warranty only a deal on a new shifter (paddle is fine) so i reinstall the xtr mechanical shifter goes real good no charging easyer to fix when a problems in the trails...anyone had that problem ! Can we fix it ! I open the box shifter but ya motor burned...

So kettle gloves. I don’t care what they do on the bike. It’s off the bikei care about. Fox TLD Scott gloves just don’t last. Numerous washes cause seams to Frey come apart then tear open. Rather shit I’d say
