Anton, love your show. really insightful. Looking on worldwide telescope. There are some odd anomalies. That look like what's described here. Red or blue, eye looking objects ( lens flares?). They're always near what looks to be like a straight line (plasma field?). five of these things are between us and the nearest Stars. Having a thorough look they're all over the place. I would think, like black holes wormholes would be a natural phenomenon.
@themistocles46834 жыл бұрын
It'd be nice if this hypothetical phenomenon does exist so as to make space travel possible. Right now the lack of technology advances in developing space engines designed for interstellar and intergalactic travels could use wormholes as means to get to the other side of the universe, to see what lurks outside our known universe, whatever that means. Mind you, I'm not a physicist, just a wonderful person interested in the concept of time and space, time travel and time dilation. Thank you Anton.

All I know of wormholes is through Star Trek Deep Space Nine and Star Trek Voyager. DS9 uses the wormhole near it to travel to other universes whereas Voyager was trapped inside that same wormhole undergoing an anomaly and was transported 70 light years back, in another quadrant of the universe. Interesting topics nonetheless.

This is because he says its all theory at this point if you listen to what hes saying. Wormholes are hard to prove with the current limits of the science. We as humans havent oberved any and never detected any or really have a method for proving they even are real. Like he said because of this is easy to think well somthing like this could be a part of the mystery of dark matter engery etc... but until we figure that out... there are so many other things we would have to discover to prove they are real.

So, my plan to travel back in time to see living Dinosaurs would require me to go back in time and create the Wormhole mouth. ._.
@CassCassCassime7 жыл бұрын
So you want to potentially lead to a butterfly effect causing humanity to never exist rather then just get a genetically designed dinosaur?
@VelociraptorsOfSkyrim7 жыл бұрын
Just An Everyday KZbinr Considering the fact that it's actually physically impossible to Genetically create a true Dinosaur? As long as I don't mess with any mammals, it shouldn't be anything that drastic.
@CassCassCassime7 жыл бұрын
But that's what the butterfly effect IS, you can't predict what something does, and the longer ago it happened the larger it ripples. And what does it matter if its not a genetically "true" dinosaur, we can make something that is functionally identical but has a few different chromosomes if we can make wormholes, to me, time travel is a thing one can do without except for stuff such as evolutionary psychology and such science, preferably observing through the wormholes and not going into the area.

If both black holes and worm holes are invisible, isn't it possible that we've discovered a worm hole already thinking it's a black hole? I know we identify black holes by also detecting its small radiation, but what there are some that we discovered before even being able to detect this radiation? Or what if both worm holes and black holes give out the same radiation?

can somebody explain this to me i cant really comprehend it ? According to general relativity, the gravitational collapse of a sufficiently compact mass forms a singular Schwarzschild black hole. In the Einstein-Cartan-Sciama-Kibble theory of gravity, however, it forms a regular Einstein-Rosen bridge. This theory extends general relativity by removing a constraint of the symmetry of the affine connection and regarding its antisymmetric part, the torsion tensor, as a dynamical variable. Torsion naturally accounts for the quantum-mechanical, intrinsic angular momentum (spin) of matter. The minimal coupling between torsion and Dirac spinors generates a repulsive spin-spin interaction that is significant in fermionic matter at extremely high densities. Such an interaction prevents the formation of a gravitational singularity.[clarification needed] Instead, the collapsing matter reaches an enormous but finite density and rebounds, forming the other side of the bridge.[13] Although Schwarzschild wormholes are not traversable in both directions, their existence inspired Kip Thorne to imagine traversable wormholes created by holding the "throat" of a Schwarzschild wormhole open with exotic matter (material that has negative mass/energy). Other non-traversable wormholes include Lorentzian wormholes (first proposed by John Archibald Wheeler in 1957), wormholes creating a spacetime foam in a general relativistic spacetime manifold depicted by a Lorentzian manifold,[14] and Euclidean wormholes (named after Euclidean manifold, a structure of Riemannian manifold).[15]
