Thanks Lex, and you of course were one of the first to do the 3-turn method for Goody Two-Shoes. I always figured it would be practically impossible in a full run, but with pausing, the chances of getting it go from like 3% to 30%

Thanks, there are times when we need to see falling debris in the background. This debris always falls in the same pattern, so we might create a timing: like tossing a grenade right when one little piece of debris disappears behind the foreground. If you can execute your first turn with the same timing every time, the CPU's first turn will also be the same every time, so this can help us manip the CPU to hit itself, not hinder us, etc.

You could finish the mission with the supersheep in one second. You drop the sheep explode it and get killed with the opponent and you win the mission

Oof, I'd say that depends heavily on both your prior knowledge of the game as well as your natural propensity for executing inputs this precise, and ability to remember the strats and fallbacks in the first place. It's definitely a different kind of deal compared to playing the game online too; the skills do translate, but each way of playing requires a bunch of unique ones that the other way doesn't cover. With that said, in the hundreds of hours somewhere, maybe? If you practice very efficiently and really immerse yourself fully in Worms. Ew.

I learnt this run over the course of two years, having not touched the game since I was around 15, and my current fastest time is 1:06, so you don't necessarily need the 20+ years of worming experience that Mablak has to be able to do this category to a decent standard. Though it would definitely help a lot if you wanted to try and beat a run as good as Mablak's!

To get the sheepnado, you have to aim for the sweet spot of like 1 or 2 pixels. So I keep looping around, and pause when the sheep is aimed straight at the sweet spot. This gives you many chances of getting the correct aim, though still very hard to get

Ah it's always just about number of attempts, so you need to get it first try to get gold. Also once you get gold on a map, you can right click / left click the 'number of attempts' to set it to any number you like.

Also I don't see the 'number of attempts' option you refer to, sorry! Only got the game few days ago for childhood's sake! Gonna 100% completion!

Which cheat do you use to aim the shotgun so precisely?

The game has discrete angles you can aim at. Aim straight up, then begin aiming down: the worm's shotgun sprite only changes at the 5th angle, then once every 4 angles. So counting these sprite changes can help get you to the exact angle you need

If you scroll way down on worms2d.info/Mission_records, you can see the round times of the best current TAS methods. It's 1:22 for this mission, and about 38.6 minutes for the total time of all missions combined
