I had the awesome pleasure of going to a Baloche 2-day Worship Music Workshop in the the Valley of the Sun, in Scottsdale, back in the mid-2000's. Paul and his whole band were very accessible, down to earth, and fun to be around, as I had a couple chats with Ben, being a guitar and bass player. He also convinced me to buy a Gretsch although I'd owned one before when I was a kid! IF you ever get a chance to attend one of Paul's workshops, just do it. Paul ran his own "Songwriting" workshop as well which was excellent, and actually got me back to Songwriting in 2019. I now have 10 worship songs on outside music venues and 6 more just recorded in my home studio. I use Studio One Pro 5, and their Latest Version has a LIVE Module.

It’s like Depeche Mode meets worship.

Never thought it would take so much technology to lead people into worship...I've seen more skilled secular musicians that never needed all this stuff ...I'm a Christian who has played in competent secular and worship bands ...just playing skillfully and real...the great musos in the past never needed all these gadgets...this is not a criticism
