I would like for the choregraphy to incorporate all levels. I would also like for the next piece to have flexibility instead stand still movement.

Hi Tambi, I understand how you feel. As your movement vocabulary grows, with practice, your choreography and movements will take you to new ‘levels.’ I recommend doing the modern dance DVDs/videos regularly (2-3 x/week) and also maybe learn and practice the contemporary dance on the Worship Expressions and the solo Dancer Dvd/digital download. I’m a little older now, with an injured knee that doesn’t work like it used to. So I personally cant do bending, but I can encourage the younger in what to do.
