Welcome to Episode 1 of a new series that we've been planning to launch-deep dives into Miguel's training as he gears up for his second year of racing as a pro triathlete. The series pilot is a little different than what we had in mind...Miguel added a fractured scapula, broken collarbone, and two minimally displaced ribs to the show to make it that much spicier (you're welcome).
