Let’s face it he looked weird in the comics, and he was supposed to look weird. People also complain that he was too comedic in Quantumania. But I don’t know what they’re basing that on. I first remember MODOK in Iron-Man. Where he was the Mandarin’s grovelling servant. Where he was basically what Igor was to Dracula. He was dangerous but also silly and funny, and he would sometimes help Iron-Man because he thought what the Mandarin was doing was going too far. Or to save his own neck. Which I thought was very similar to his character in Quantumania and his relationship with Kang. I would have like to have seen him a bit more disfigured and tragic. Which would have made his redemption more poignant.

It was the end credit scene. I thought the movie was actually pretty good. Something actually different from the usual marvel stuff and had some of my favorite visuals in the mcu
