I can tell tiktok might be a part of your stress honestly bc it’s a part of mine and I deleted it a few days ago bc it was getting to be too much for me. If you have to delete tiktok honestly do it! It might be what you need. I honestly really do need to see a therapist again and your video really inspires me to stop being afraid of it. I’ve had therapy before but it doesn’t really work out the best:(
