Cutting your losses is key. I even throw stuff in the trash to make the lesson hit harder, and maybe to increase the rarity of the dud I bought.

Same here, making hundreds and thousands of dollars in mistakes in the last few years that I've been selling has really helped me grasp how many things I need to consider before buying an item instead of just jumping in or going with my gut. Cause sometimes, your gut isn't right. And that happened a lot to me the first year or two. I rarely buy duds now.

It’s the biggest flea market in the state. They do have a lot of collectors out there. You just need to find the sellers that are willing to work with you. They make it worth while going.
