After living in the bay for so long, and experiencing the many sneaker/consignment shops we have I can confirm this is how a lot of the shops are (sole supremacy, FIX, PRSTG are super cool). but vibes aren't there, sometimes they are rude and I'm glad you're showing how they act so maybe they can improve they're customer service a bit(they probably don't care tho, just want money.). but man when I come into Sneak City/The Northwest in general so nice everyone is nice.

Fuck I don't blame anyone who is actually a local living in the city and where the prices are from what they where in the 90s for rent. And you sell shoes all day to tec kooks that have driven rent through the roof. I have a special place in my heart for the 90s to because that was my high school year just discoving everything in the city. But the city is still dope ! It's just impossible to afford rent.

Thefix and Kev are the best!!! I’ve been going there for more than a year for everything from sneakers to pops and Kev even gifted me a free pop for my birthday. Literally the best shop in the Bay 💯💯💯

Sucks, I've always worked in customer service from working as a bus boy at Sweet tomatoes, cashier at Food Town, to paramedic who works in the ER. How you act, interact and show up to a shift is important to the people you interact with. If you aren't friendly or nice will they come back? Glad yall visited one great and memorable place AND ate at an amazing Thai restaurant! Keep it rolling
