Agreed this video is just normal injuries not the worst injuries I would probably call a few of them as worst injuries but definitely not all of them

Pulling a muscle can hurt worse than a compound fracture. Especially when the ligament or muscle tears/separates. Then it's essentially the same as a broken leg as far as how painful and useless it is. Remember, also, this video is only highlights from the 2023 season, too. This year we thankfully missed any REALLY bad ones.

Backswings hitting catchers should be automatic out and ejection. Two hands on the bat should be mandatory.
