Yeah when I saw it from the first angle I figured since he was OK he must have pulled his arm back in as soon as he rolled, but then I saw it from the other angle and it looks more like he just got lucky that the points of contact were elsewhere. I agree with the people saying he probably could have made it out all the way if it weren't for the spectators but that arm out the window tells me he's the kind of guy who freezes up in those situations.

I think too many people don’t understand what a helmet does. Your brain smashing against your skull as it hit something hard is what causes most brain injuries, Our brains “float” in our skulls so are prone to injury when it impacts the skull when the skull rapidly decelerates. A helmet mostly does its job with the padding and foam helping the skull decelerate more gently and over a longer distance so the brain doesn’t smash into it and cause permanent injury. ANY activity where your head can hit something hard and with velocity requires a helmet. At the least, your head can hit the rollbar in a RZR, at the worst, it can hit the ground or a rock or any number of things that can kill or injure you. Having fun shouldn’t include risking pointless death or permanent brain injury.

Another one bites the dust... I am glad he was not seriously injured. I had a professional tour guide who took me through Hot Tub. I couldn't even see where the heck we were going as we climbed up. It takes a brave/skillful driver to drive through Hot Tub in my book. By the way, when we went through Hot Tub, it had rained the day before. The mixture of oil and water at the bottom of the pit made it challenging to climb up but Dave Hillman with his experience and skills made it look easy.

I don't think you were watching the same video as me. They are right there. Get some new glasses.

The stock cage is still better than no cage, but not as good as aftermarket.

he's very lucky he did not lose part of his left arm. Never ever stick your arm out of a vehicle when rolling over. It's hard enough keeping them in anyway. That's why they have window netting for when you want to do extreme Maneuvers rather than just trail ride. And there is a difference . When I see those riding / driving beyond their abilities theirs or their machines. And especially with the hi horsepower today it reminds me of why they started to Outlaw three-wheelers. People doing it just because somebody else did is never a good reason.
