Well done Ryan its never a bad day if you’re training cause you’re always improving even if you didn’t beat your PB I did a Zwift race today and it was the worst one I’ve ever done only averaged 3.0w/kg but I was happy that I did it and that I’ve trained cause its better than couch sitting
