Jon Jones cranking the arm was perfectly fine he was either going to submit the guy with it or like said limit the ability to use it. No different than using leg kicks to chop a guy down . This is a combat sport u use anything inside the rules to win and limit your opponents strength and techniques that put you in danger.

Gracie holding onto his opponents "ponytail" was clever. And this brings to mind something I learned at a young age. One of my favorite people growing up was my friends dad. At that time Gene was the president of the Hells Angels MC (Cleveland chapter). He called a "ponytail" a handle. Hence, I have NEVER ever had a handle on my head.

The Ivel fight one where he punched the referee was basically kind of warranted. Because the referee was actually the same guy who was running the fight, so it was a conflict of interest and he shouldn't have been refereeing the fight he was putting on. And even though he did cheat and deserved to be knocked out, Ivel shouldn't have knocked him out. I'm not condoning what he had done, but I get it. And those aren't regular shoes, they're wrestling shoes. They're pretty much meant for grip only. My God, for an MMA channel, you're not very smart or versed when it comes to MMA.

Just in case anyone cares about a week ago a documentary aired on ID Investigative discovery they did a special about that Chinese guy that got punched in his groin back when it was legal he's literally a serial killer. Very interesting doc if you like murder mystery. I highly recommend.

But when people started calling star players the goat, it was confusing -- until I realized that G.O.A.T stood for "Greatest of All Time." So when @saintdamien8290 said Jon Jones isn't the goat, he might have been saying that after seeing this video, Jon Jones wasn't perfect and so could never be the G.O.A.T.
