4:10 A trick to get even more production out of your city is to leave it on Food focus, but when the new citizen spawns, manually move them to a production tile so that way you get extra hammers and have a fast growing city! Also floodplains rule, chop all the rainforests, and you don't need more than 3-4 mines per city.

Not anymore. These days most glues are made with a combination of synthetics such as PVA and ethanol. But back in the day before synthetic glues were invented, people used collagen (the protein found primarily in tendons, cartilage, and ligaments) to make glue. Horses weren’t used more than other animals per say, but it was a convenient way to make use of a dead or dying horse

i've always wondered about the distinct harry potter in universe naming sense. i mean, i get that they went for a not-modern style on purpose but i never really got the reason behind naming their super important and globally known magic academy hogwarts. they could have named it something majestic or awe inspiring, but no, the warts of a hog were more interesting to the original creators of the academy. they named their houses after majestic griffins, vicious snakes, death messenger ravens and whatever a huffle is, but their academy is named after a pig... seriously, why??
