a good info for Cath , hard cheeses has little to no lactose compared to soft cheeses ( the lactose is in the buttermilk when the rennet is added to the milk) so you can eat all the cheese you want even when lactose intolerant

@Ellis General Greivous' voice is challenging, but actually doable. You have to utilize a bit of what singers call Circular Breathing. You speak while breathing IN for the breathy parts, and then give a very breathy, growly, gravelly texture to the other parts of anything you're saying.
