Honestly yes, the romand disappears after I eat 1 meal, while I can get at least 3 meals with the rare beauty LOL. (I measure longevity and staining power by eating)

I own one of this and to tell you the truth, I personally think my Romand lip tint is so much longer lasting and better, and it's cheaper too!

@@dellasim1121 Are you using the Romand juicy lasting tint? I found that after using it for a while it can get tacky. I use the Romand Dewyful water tint one now and I find it less tacky and hydrating.

​​@@dellasim1121 Romand's Dewyful Water Tint collection is a way lightweight than the Juicy Lasting one! It's also less "tacky" and the color gets deeper after some minutes, so these two collection are very different imo :D

Peripera Ink Mood Glow Tint is my absolute favorite liptint! I have shade #1, 3 (my fav!), 8, 9, 10, 11. I love them so much

i love the romand lip tints, would definitely recommend if you want something cheaper and more long-lasting. the shade you have on looks nearly identical to the shade figfig in the juicy lasting tint, so if you want a dupe then that's a good option lol

I agree that it's giving korean lip vibes but i prefer it than the romand one. It's lighter in texture, not as sticky and i like it not having a strong scent. For those who think it's not worth it, dont close it off completely. It's actually really good so try it out first if you can afford it

I bought the Rare Beauty lip oil for my birthday. I was lucky to get one because it gets sold out so fast!! I think the Rare Beauty lip oil is worth it if you want to have a long-lasting stain all day. But I prefer the Korean lip tints since it's more affordable and the quality is good. @itsmika No, I don't have the romand lip tint. However, I have an Etude House lip tint, and it has a similar formula to a romand lip tint because they're both K-beauty lip tints. I suggest you research videos about Rare Beauty lip oil formula and longevity. I hope that's helpful!

I have RB in Delight and I love it. When I tried Romand/Peripera the tint colors didn't quite suit me or didn't show up past my lip pigmentation, though the formulas are really nice!

Yesssssss I am a big fan of the Romand brand. Their products (lip tints, lipsticks, eyeshadow palettes, etc) quality is so good, some are even better than high-end brand products!! I feel like the Romand lip tint and the rare beauty lip oil are two different kinds of products. No matter the texture, finishing look... Both are good, I like Romand lip tint better. (But I will always support Selena, her kind heart, and the rare beauty charity!)

I swear by Korean lip tints because they flatter me and are no-frills. I especially love the two you featured in this video. I've had my eye on the Rare Beauty lip oil in shade Joy since I just ran out of my Romand glasting water tint in Vintage Ocean They are both orange-y (on my dark skin, though I know Vintage Ocean is meant to be a orange brown on lighter skintones). The RB lip oil looks nice and pigmented, but the price tag is out of my range. Maybe I'll try to get it on a sale. Until then, I'll just stick with Korean lip tints. (If you or anyone can recommend a nice peachy orange or brown orange tint, please reply!!)

I’ve definitely seen these shades in Rom&nd but I’m not sure if they’re really easy to find or if they were limited edition: deep sangria, dark coconut, nucadamia, and ones from this line remind me a lot of the rare beauty shades.

How does the rare beauty compare to romand glasting water tint? Or peripera ink mood drop tint? I find these to be thinner than the products mentioned in the video. Thinner but the moisture lasts long. It tints well too even after eating.

I didn't like the Romand's lip oil because of it's applicator. Rare beauty is better than romand in terms of applicator wise and they have more deeper shades available. My favorite is peripera and nooni lip oil. I did the comparison on my channel too. Thanks for making this video, your video quality is super!

Yes definitely worth buying rare beauty,because unlike rom nd for me my lips aren't left dry and the stain doesn't migrate to the centre but is all over.But the color range isn't as good as rom nd,get both for sure :)

The only thing with rare beauty is that the lip colours suit my dark skin. I have NEVER found a single poorest lip tint that has suited me (yes I have probably tried all your recommendations like dark coconut ect)

i thought you'll have the other shades too :( i'm finding it hard to find someone closer to my lip shade trying the shades :( anyway, it should be noted that rare beauty is cruelty free. i just recently thought that i should consider this when buying and discovered that most korean brands are not cruelty free including romnd and peripera. of course, buy the make up you can afford. still, i think it's unfair to completely disregard this crucial factor especially.

Korean beauty products are not easily available in my country, shipping is expensive and I can't tell if some websites are reputable or might sell counterfeit products. 😅 Would love to try Korean brands as they seem to have sophisticated formulas and great packaging.

I have it! I’ve done wear tests for a week now and can confirm everything you’re saying. The first application is glossy then it just turns into a subpar stain. It also had this tingly feeling I did not like. DONT believe the hype guys!

I personally find American lip products too pigmented. I prefer European or Korean lip products, they have a more natural colour, more comfortable on my lips and the packaging is more my style. I feel like Fenty Beauty & Rare Beauty lip products are just Korean but just marketed differently 😭

It could be dead skin, if you don't exfoliate your lips & they're dry, but it could also be because of the waxy substances these lip products contain.
