Thank you for the review. I see this was about one year ago but still helped me out and I just made a purchase today. You did very well with describing your experience with this also!

It's interesting that for something touted as a Vitamin C serum, I had to look really hard for the vitamin C in this product and it's not the best form of vitamin C for best results. It's tenth in the ingredients list - the lactic acid is higher up the list - and the percentage is not listed. If you want a really good vitamin C serum with fewer ingredients and some nice skin loving ingredients, try the Timeless C+E+Ferulic Acid serum. It uses 20% L-ascorbic acid as the vitamin C. and is cruelty free. I have been using it for years and it works well on my oily combination skin. I tried a different form of vitamin C serum and was disappointed in the results and so went back to the Timeless. I live in Canada so the Timeless is a pain in the butt to get, but so worth it. They have just changed their packaging of it so that it is in a pump instead of a dropper bottle. The serum from Timeless is also mixed fresh when you place your order. Give it a try - I think you'll be pleased with the results.

Just discovered this video since I had a sample. Have you tried Regimen Lab's Vitamin X that has L ascorbic acid. Was wondering if you had and how it compares to the Timeless one you like.

I love reading the comments in the videos from your subscribers because they're always so helpful. Right now I'm really happy with my drunk elephant and my kiehl's vitamin C treatments,, so I think I'll stick with those for now.

Thank you for this video! I’ve literally just spent $700 on a whole bunch of Dermalogica products including the large bottle of this so I’m super pumped to know it works for you. Out of curiosity, do you guys in the states have the LaRoche Posau Anthelios Sfp50 suncscreen, it’s amazing!

We do have LaRoche Posay. Unfortunately they are not cruelty free however. Bummer though because I have used some of their products in the past and really liked them.

Hi, Melanie, have you tried truth treatments vitamin C transdermal serum or their vitamin C blum I really think you would like it but it’s a little pricey I’ve been using it for the last year and it has transformed my skin and I have extremely oily skin as well!!

Im in cosmetology school. We use dermalogica for all our facial care services. I didn't realize how expensive it is when u don't have a license! I purchased this serum for around 70$ at salon centric.

I cannot belive Cosmotologistts even suggest this. I guess thats why they are cosmetologist and not dermatologists.

@@stephanieharo5958 Idk as a cosmetologist I'd prefer my clients to have medical grade cosmetic products that are formulated for use on alot of skin types/conditions. I myself have super sensitive skin, i'm allergic to most ingredients in facial products but not so with dermalogica. That makes me even more confident my clients are safe during their facial services. So yeah that's why I use/reccomend it.

Hi Melanie, I had an idea where you and Penny(Penn Smith’s Skincare) do five faves of a certain category and then you talk about them. Or a Susan recommended these. Or a what to do with the products that didn’t work. Just a thought for the new year:)

I have a hard time with this line, hard to trust them when they use so much fragrance oils and just flat out ingredients that are proven bad for this and then you look at what they have the nerve to charge for this.
