The item is definitely a great 2 in 1 and saves you'll money and space besides being quite lightweight. This saw is meant for medium to light-duty cutting projects.

Bought this last December have used it 4-5 times,I bought a pruning blade at local home store for some tree trimming.I had a old steel snow shovel to scrap but I wanted the wooden handel,the wood blade that came with this went right through it no trouble at all.

That is not a lock function at 3:03. It changes the movement of the blade from orbital (deeper cuts) to up/down motions.

That's not a lock it's a switch for Nissan or orbital saw function. Use orbital for the reciprocating saw features

What blade should I use to cut PVC pipe? Should I use the STEEL blade because it is the smoothest one?

For PVC, I rather use a PVC cutter shears. I they cut better than a Steel blade.

I have the same jigsaw(WX550L) but it seems that Worx has a new battery which looks somewhat different. For example, WORX 20V WA3551. Do you think it still fits for the jigsaw?

Wa 3551 battery is for the model without l, it is wx550

Summary, the tool works well for simple light-duty work. Anything larger, this tool isn't the right one.
