Would I buy a Meadow Creek Offset Smoker?

Is this the right smoker for me, and would I Buy it? Meadow Creek offset smokers are pretty dang amazing, but is it worth it?

I have the Meadow Creek BBQ 42 chicken flipper. Love it, yes, they do have good quality equipment.

I almost bought a used 250g meadow creek that had that 42 chicken flipped attachment. Lady didn’t know what she had 😅😬. I didn’t have the room for it.

Nice overview. I am happy with mine for many of the reasons you mentioned here but they apparently have a new design coming out with some improvements I am keen to see if it’s worth upgrading too. Do love the look of this guy though

@@ComparisonCooking Still learning how to run it but at least I know it will last forever so I have time. I did but the very expensive custom cover from meadow creek which keeps it out of the elements. The plan is to eventually erect something over it so I can use it year round.

well if you are into the competition scene then that is the pit for you. I am not a competition kinda guy though I do rib trims for a competition team but that's it.
