Just discovered your video's when I was having difficulty figuring out how to put the blade back on this clipper that I just received! You put yours on SO easy. I now have done it, but wow I could not get it cradled in place before snapping it down!! I will say that the Guard Combs that came with mine are FAR more secure than what yours were in this video. I tried all the Guards, and they all seem ok - thank goodness. Time will tell. I am only using this clipper for my small YorkiPoo, and it is to just tidy her up for personal use. I always bathe before clipping anyway...so I'm glad I'm in that habit. Thanks so much for your videos...I look forward to checking out more of them! It's really appreciated. Oh - for any potential customers... the weight of this Bonve will be nice for my arthritic hands.

I followed my groomers advice....we had discussed this when I was moving too far away to take my standard poodles to her...so, I got some basic instruction from her and bought both a Wahl Bravura and Andis AGC 2 speed and several blades. I had tried cheap clippers before and found them awful.

My experience with this clipper as well. I have a standard poodle and am looking into the Wahl KM10 as these little clippers are very frustrating to use on his coat, but okay on his feet and face. Thank you for your more than helpful videos.

Run it all the way down before recharging does not sound like li ion. But, when you open the case, it looks like 18650 li ion rechargeable battery easily obtainable online. It is what they use in PC laptops and Tesla cars. Check the numbers on the battery--you can probably get it. Also, if you are using it occasionally, li ion batteries like to be left at about 40% or half charge when you are not using them for more than 2-3 days in a row, for longest life.

Thank you for all your help. I have griomed my dog once wirh a Wahl color pro. Its not for dogs but it was good for trimming her. She allows me to clean her eyes and cut hair around her face with a scissor. I tried to do her legs and hair in her paws ni good. Can I use the trimmer on her legs and paws. Snap ons are included and so far so good. I only paid 19.99 for kit. Once I can cut her legs and paws i think i should get a professiinal kit for dogs. You have made that easy for me. Your videos are great and super helpful. Thank you. Let you knoe how todays grooming goes.

I think these some of these cheap Chinese clippers have speed of revolutions per minute, but they have no torque, so they bog down pretty quickly in dirts or certain types of hair or long hair, but work pretty well on shortish clean brushed hair. I wonder if the copper spindle helps torque-- they brag about that sometimes. Both torque and speed are needed for dirt and /or mats or just heavy or long coats.

Had the same problem. I started with the longer one and if I didn't like it, I went down a size or two. Used it on a thick Sheepadoodle coat, and it turned out surprisingly well in a pinch. No razor burn either.

Great video thank you. I don't have a dog, but I do have a matted cat and bought a similar shaver of Amazon called Oneisall. It came with the same comb and clipper and 5 extra clip on plastic extention combs. I'm a little scared to cut my cats hair since I've never done it before. She is old and deaf too now. She is not grooming herself anymore that's why is matted. Thank you for this video. I will be very careful when shaving her.

I had a Oneisall clipper but left it in the U.S. to move to Europe. I bought this clipper on Amazon and it doesn’t compare. I can’t get it to cut my dog’s hair with the guards on! It is simply won’t cut. It cuts beautifully without a guard on but I don’t want a bald dog. I don’t recommend this clipper.

Can I use a human hair clipper for the pads of the feet. My golden doodle let's me clip his hair and is pretty calm the whole time except when I get to his feet. I use an oster a5. Just wondering if it is safe to use a cordless beard trimmer to get his feed because it is much quieter and vibrates less.

Can you explain which setting numbers are the 9,10,20 and 30. Mine goes to .8•1.4•20. There are 5. Those in between spots are settings

The closer the white ceramic blade that moves is to the tip the shorter the cut. The numbers are probably metric so .8mm, 1mm, 1.8mm, 2mm. I would guess that .8mm is a 30 blade I think a 10 blade is about 1.8mm.
