I’m exactly the same with the fatigue versus pain, pain I can deal with, the dire exhaustion I can’t :(

Georgina's Journey absolutely, its like theres nothing left of me as a person when the fatigue is really bad but i can push through the pain 💖

I usually get severe pain flare, hips, back, shoulders and fast heart. Don't get hit by severe fatigue too often. I see your fingers with out the rings look bigger

Lisa k yep thats the hand thats the worst. Its funny how we're all so different, i have to say though ive had to crawl up the stairs tonight as my back is bad which is unusual for me. But hoping for a better tomorrow! 😊 💖

I'm a bit worried everything is being blamed on M.E...This looks very much like a arthritis flare up,I'm not a g.p.but massaged many people with chronic flare ups of arthritis..The crunching from knee's could be lack of normal movements in the muscle(build up of urea an lactic acid)which we all get or down to synovial fluid popping in the joints or bone on bone due to no or little synovial fluid..The swelling is due to some kind of inflammation,which arthritis presents..Any word(medical terms)that ends in itis will always mean inflammation..There is a type of arthritis that comes in flare ups,I think it's called juvenile arthritis,that mainly occurs in children.. I could be totally wrong here but get it checked hun cos they do tend to blame things on our current condition,you may have already been tested?..I have seen big strapping strong men reduced to tears cos it's totally agony..I hope I haven't worried you hun but I just don't want you to suffer if it's something else..My niece had the same,flare ups,better,then flare ups again and it took them ages to find out why cos she was young..I really hope I haven't upset you and very worried to post this but I can't Not,just in case it's something else..xxxxxx

Angie Mac Raw no i appreciate it my darling. I do have blood tests for arthritis and they always come back negative, my fibro has been like this since the beginning unfortunately but i do worry ill develop it one day. I do get fluid on my hips that i get injections for though and boy do i know when theyre due lol 💖 xxx

My ME phew thank god for that...but pain is pain still isnt hun...Every morning i feel like i have been on a stretching rack and all my muscles feel like their ripping...My hands go really red n burn like hell,when they are that,I have no sense of temperature and have burnt my hands on boiling water without pain,until later,it's like my brain doesn't register when it should..When my hands go red hot,I know I'm going to be really ill,I have no grip at all,I'm told I have fibromyalgia and this also affects my skin,I can't stand to be touched cos my skin hurts,I know that sounds stupid bit it really is like that.The g.p told me fibromyalgia go together with M.e.??..I couldn't listen at the time cos I was too ill to take on another illness,it was never mentioned again..xxxx

Angie Mac Raw yes fibro and ME often go hand in hand and that thing with your skin is something i get since the fibro started, same with the temp regulation its like mine broke and im either red hot or freezing cold theres no comfortable in between. The ME seemed to amplify the fibro 100 fold especially the pain 💖 xxx

My ME omg!!!!I didn't know cos told it's all part of m.e.and another gp told me he had no idea why my hands were so bad.They sent me to have tests...I had a trapped nerve in my neck so,I had sessions of steriod injections in the back of my head,neck, ears and wrists,don't mean to be a wimp but it hurt like hell(I am a wimp)my hands are no longer numb but it didn't cure the flare ups of pain an burning..Thank you so much my beautiful Becky for letting me know,it's not all in my head..xxxxx
