@ It was almost 5 months ago. I had a KFA2 RTX 4070 Ti, an Intel i5 13600KF on a B760 Gigabyte Gaming X motherboard, 32GB RAM, and lots of RGB, with a Corsair H150i (I know it was too big) in a beautiful Corsair case.

It's happened to me too. Not for long. It's just that the fans screwed up and I currently don't have any for this model. Until the new ones died down, I had to use the Noctua fan, and to be honest, the video card kept a very low temperature. Which amazed me.

I had an old 9800GT, fan died and it after few seconds of running fragmented the screen, pointed, later strapped old case fan, stopped fragmenting and worked like a charm.

My brothers RTX 2080 was super loud with stock fans so I did a fan swap to 2x120mm arctic p12 fans like in the video as well as repasting the card and putting on new pads and now its silent and temps are 20 degrees lower on average!

I removed my working fans on my 7900xt and replaced them with 3 Arctic p12 Max. The gpu fan header doesn't go slow enough, so I have it plugged into the motherboard. Never going higher than 33% speed. Super quiet and keeps the temps low.

I did this before with a GPU. I used fans made for GPUs, but still. Though the effort went down the drain anyway, as the GPU died not long after.

I broke the shroud on my old GTX 480 while it was waiting to be baked to bring it back to life. It came back to life after the bake and I put 2 case fans on the heatsink, it cooled better than the default shroud and is still in Dad's PC.
