This is a fantastic video. I hiked this today and agree with you guys 100%. Have good hiking shoes. I hiked it with sneakers and fell 5 times. I’m pretty banged up right now. I also recommend gloves. The rocks have jagged edges on the handholds. Hiking poles are a must for the hike down. Sam is correct. My muscles were burning. I live at sea level and TBH I was pretty out of breath. Bring water and sunscreen. I learned several lessons today. I wish I watched this video prior to our hike today.
