Been getting back into this with pre-patch approaching and I absolutely love the guide. Got a consistent 4 buyers for the last 2 days and I’m making about 260-300g/hr doing this. Tyvm for the excellent guides, also was just able to get Blade of Eternal Darkness today so I’ll be hitting it up with the flamestrikes in prepatch too!

@Arlaeus if you want to always be guaranteed to grab extra rock elementals then you can pull the rocks patting on princesses path first (you talked about this pack at 3:16) instead of pulling the pack that’s on the ramp to landslides room. Then proceed as normal, but when you loop back through the path toward landslide instead of jumping down (8:51 in your video) you can run up the ramp to landslide, grab that patting pack of rocks, and then jump down. It adds maybe 20 seconds to your run but will guarantee that you always get that last pack of rock elementals that you left behind.

Since you are already doing Mara it might make sense to get Grovekeeper's Drape (12stam, 10NR) and enchant it with 15NR, it's a very fast and easy way of getting 25NR

Awesome video! Question though - is the Fire Ruby weighted at all? Or would you expect average mana returned over time to be 250 per use? If so then surprisingly the DM trinket would actually be better, as that returns 288 mana every 3 minutes, without having to worry about activating it. Of course the Fire Ruby gives you the ability to front-load the mana regen by activating it as soon as you've used 500 mana. Not sure it's worth having to worry about the activation though. Not for my tiny brain anyway! Oh and I guess DM trinket would easily be better than Second Wind.

I have major issues with the kill phase. Could you talk a little bit about what to do if you fall off or have to loop across the top to reset? Wherever I stand on that pole, the mobs can hit me when they come back. I've done things before like ice block through those, but by then the mobs are way too spread out.

It really is. It's huge in Mara for sure but it helps a lot in SM Arm as well. If the mobs aren't super stacked from the nova/blizzard phase, the bigger flamestrike is a huge help.

Hello. When i was doing celebras scepter quest, group decide to kill princess, and she droped "blade of eternal darkness", and i win roll (unbelievable RNG, i know). But question is, is it still can be used for anything? Like, ZG strats all around bridge now, and dagger was fixed with patch. So, where can i use it? Thank you) P.S. And one intresting tip i used when was learning 300+ pull. You used NatureResPot in the end of little lap, before kill phase, but i use it at the start of lap. So at the start of kill phase i have 2min cd ready for another pot, and so, if i failed in jumping, or stretch the pull, i can use lip, run up to the spot, with Nova mobs twice, using Cold Snap (Like in your video of 54-57 leveling in mara, with elems) and continue kill phase. Saved me huge amount of time while training 300+ pull. Only issue, hydras can push you away, but u can still make it with blink at the right moment. P.S.2. Sorry for my languаge :P Спасибо за видео.

You still use it for zg. In his 17 pac panther pull video, at the kill phase he shows how to weave in rank 1 flamestrikes and fire blasts with the regular blizzards to trigger the proc. It’s still super op, u can get back up to 100% mana by the end of the kill.

Why do you say to do a jump nova instead of keeping your boots on the ground? What does jumping add to the equation?

It adds leeway to expand the range of your aoe.

The jump up and down is a lot easier if you learn to do it strafing imo. Then you can just set your orientation once, and strafe back and forth for the rest of the kill phase. No time wasted in turning the camera around, so more time to focus on the jump itself and placing blizzards.

If you are an ally mage, look up shatterspear trolls. IMO the easiest grind from 56-60 probably also 55. It is like 80-90k hour.

So regarding those slimes...i cleared up everything but the slimes. Then i ran back for slimes only, bcz i just wanted to know when they disappear. And they do disappear right after that root where you slow mobs down with blizzard. I was staying super close to them, i was bandaging, They still disappeared. I just wont care about them at all...same for sludges. They are super slow and they will reset.

On my one day off each week, I can't even do a lasher farm for a couple hours because I'll risk getting locked out from doing anything else if i don't keep track of my instance cap. The slime reset thing doesn't work consistently for me. It works 5 times in a row then i think "That's it !", but all of a sudden they reset again. It's going back an forth like that even though i don't change anything, at least nothing obvious. Often it works many times but the next day everything's back to normal. I always get 16 slimes consistently but the other 10-14 reset.

@@printrun5 I think i got it to 90% now. I nearly always get them. Don't ask me how, i do the same as before just with more determination, all i do now is tunnelvision on the first blobs and hammer fireblast then pull the last two packs with satyrs, blink a last time towards the middle blobs with tunnelvision on them plus hammering counterspell hard. I also instantly blink without waiting for the mobs to catch up a little, just going through that part as fast as possible. All i changed was fully focusing on pulling the blobs hammering the buttons already 1-2 seconds before being in range, maybe it's about milliseconds but that did it for me.

Mages doing the normal pull but being to lazy to learn the big one, HEAR ME OUT just learn it.. it's super easy if you can do the 200 pull with closed eyes... took me just 3 tries to get 350 mobs. First Death: Mobs were not stacked correctly Second Death: Hydra killed me next to the totem bc I was to close to the passage (hit me from the bottom -.-) I am pissed that I haven't done it before... so much gold lost.

hey mate, huge problem i got with you and every other boosters vids. You start this run at 9:53 you finish your kill phase at 10:11... ish. lets be nice and say 10:11. Thats a 18 min kill.
