Seal twisting isn't fun and it never was. A better way to increase ret dps, and one that scales commensurate to gear would be sheathe of light, maybe a rune of avenging wrath. Long arm of the law is a great pick though.

@johnrandomdouchebag waiting for an audio cue from a weapon swing timer while trying to focus on when and when not to cast crusader strike so your God isn't locked and keeping a mental note of how many times seal of command has procced in the last minute just to stay as a middle of the pack dps isn't even remotely what I would call fun- if it was I would pick up juggling and become a clown.

​@@Azelus22 and for a clown you'd still be trash at juggling. Seal twisting made Ret unique and fun to play. Clearly you either played it wrong or never did but you can get a swing timer that showed when your next auto swing was. You can get two maybe three gcd abilities depending on your weapon speed. But anyone wanting to top the DPS list shouldn't be playing Ret, at that point you're just being a RETard

Yea sealtwisting isn't hard to do but annoying.. Setting up WA or another autohit timer to make a class somewhat viable is just bad in my opinion. I rly hope cs and hs will kinda "fix" this

The Art of war suggestion would also open up a "shockadin" play style if it didn't share a rune slot with Seal of Martyrdom. Basically, in later phases with larger raids, there could be a place for a fast 1hd+shield combat caster paladin who's main goals are keeping up judgement of wisdom/life and using Seal of Martyrdom to be a constant mana battery to a caster group. Stack spell power and spam your suggested Art of War implementation + consecration and you'd likely put up some decent damage to boot (or more with additional support). Healers would absolutely love this, especially arcane mage healers in AoE damage situations. edit - Would be another user for those spell damage maces for the alliance besides boomkins and shadow priests
