why use shackle undead over dominate mind?

Because of Pug life. 2 reasons. 1 . No comm. DM has a 30sec CD, if I CC the same as someone else i'm screwed. 2 . DM can pull mobs if you are unlucky. Sadly it happened enough time already and bricked keys so I don't wanna bother anymore. In current video, on RISE starting platform or in the sand area it can pull extra mob you really don't want. Why take the risk when survivability is not a concern? (10% dmg debuff from DM)
