Can you imagine what the opposition would have done if the DRIP went through the parliamentary approval process? The government has dodged them to provide the innovative program. Now they are upset because it's a game-changer. Empowerment of local governance and reducing weight on central government. Excellent idea.

What is the prudence in this decision of government to invest in this equipment when the government owes contractors tens of billions of cedis? You have not paid contractors for several years for jobs done. You are using the roads constructed by contractors to campaign as your successes as a government but fail to pay those who have done the jobs. This government is killing businesses . Contractors are dying because of non payments.
