omg this is the very very best ever it just makes me think how lucky we were that adolf didnt get a thousand of these in the air. and what a flight .theres fast passes slow passes low passes . i have never seen such a polished exhibition . the camera work was amazing them front shots as it banks and heads towards us, even a great spitfire would have had no chance well very slight .i have to watch it again . truly amazing thank you

WOW! That is just amazing! Taking nothing from the pilot, and his mad skills, nor the sophisticated electronics, and powerful engines. I think perhaps it's size helps stabilize it, and it doesn't seem to snap around the sky like many smaller models. Imagine if the Germans were able to produce this in numbers earlier into the war,. They would have decimated our bombers, more then they did. I cannot imagine being in a bomber with a squadron or two of these hammering the formation. Thanks for sharing this beautiful video!

It's unfortunate Ali went to the US. It was always fun and challenging to film him fly. He always flew these machines beyond the ability of any other pilot. Maybe I'll see him action at Florida Jets if I realise an aspiration and get to film the action at that event sometime in the future.

It is a good thing Hitler and Goering didn't listen to the Luftwaffe's youngest General, Adolf Galland. Had they did, the air war would have turned out much differently with seasoned veteran aces at the controls!!!

It's a good thing that the Germans ran out of gas to fly these advanced planes

The real problem for the Me 262 was the metals for the engines. The jet engine is old tech but they couldn't come up with the proper materials to make the engines last. The 262 had to be overhauled after 24 hours of flight and before that they were very unreliable. They had the idea down but did know really how to make it work.
