My husband and I went to Tyler and looked at this home and it's even better in person and we are buying it! We are putting it on a permanent foundation and 4 acres of land. Do you know what that porch is? Its a Thunderstorm Porch. Yes, Sir. Its when the storm is a'coming and you can sit there and watch the storm rage around you, lightening strikes, sheets of rain coming down... while you stay totally protected and dry, like a cozy safe cave. Also works for blizzards, but you still have to wear a parka. Love Thunderstorm Porches! Love this house!

You are absolutely correct, Chance. That first room outside of the closet would be called a "dressing room". They were very common with wealthy folks in upscale household, like the DuPonts or Vanderbilts. Definitely a posh touch.

Yes, that is what I thought it was "Dressing Room" I have seen old homes.. Edwardians, Victorians, Annes, those types have such rooms. The stager did not put a huge mirror on. The CAD drawing on Chance's video said office but it is more of Dresser Room.

The laundry room gets more privacy than the main bedroom. Once again, it's like living in a huge one bedroom apt with some extra rooms attached. I like certain aspects of the home but would never choose this floor plan. I do like watching the videos because it helps me to realize what I like and don't like in a house. I was thinking that I'd use that for my Concept2 rowing machine. It's 9 feet long but you only need 4 feet in width. It's perfect for my rower. I'd have to have a nice cat tree in there too because they hang out with me no matter what I'm doing. They're my supervisors. 🐱🐈😏

I like the fact that there are two entry doors in the front room area. I like the open floor plan in this home. The dressing room outside of the Owner's Suite closet is very interesting. I would put a ceiling to floor mirror in here with two really nice chairs, a chaise lounge or a bench. I like how the sinks are set up in the MB, very different layout. Very nice size kitchen and pantry in this home. Overall very nice!! I really enjoy viewing your videos Chance. Thanks for sharing.

I didn't used to like the "shower rooms", but they are certainly growing on me, and that one is fabulous!!! I love the dressing room inside the closet as well!!! HUGE fridge!!! I would only change one thing.....I would want more shelves and rods in place of the windows in the main closet.💜💜

Wow very different. I love this home but the again I say that about most of them. Lol Deervalley did it again. The openness of this home is amazing. Love the kitchen better with white cabinet. Love the floor grey I would prefer. I like carpet in the bedrooms. Love the hugh closet in the master I would use for a dressing room like you said with a mirror. MB is awesome as well. I have dogs (and a cat) we must be able to close the kitchen off so that I/we can keep the animals away from food that is on the counters. Especially if I get pulled away from the kitchen in the middle of cooking or baking.

Love this home. The master bedroom and bath is so perfect. Love, love the tiled walk-in shower. Love the make-up room. Floor length mirror would be perfect in there. Of course a vanity with chair, makeup mirror and drawers for all the hair and make-up products. Such a special touch. Love the porches too.

Wow you weren't joking when you said this home was customized. I really love the kitchen island. I usually dislike the countertops in the homes, but the countertop on that island is chef's kiss. I really like the cabinets, too. The 40 acre house is very different from this one. I think it really shows what you can do with the same model to make the home "yours."

You need to know something. Your videos has opened my eyes to the world of modular and manufactured homes. I finally found a dealer right outside of Kansas City; 3 days later we were on a lot looking in amazement. My significant other had to take off his hat out of shock and much respect, that’s how amazed he was. Talking about a wow factor. Keep doing what you do, I think you have found your niche. I am a huge fan of curved shower rods. They give that extra elbow room where you're not against the curtain and having it stick to your skin when showering. I rarely see them in any of these homes. Most of these tubs, or shubs, have spring loaded straight rods.

Hate those spring-loaded straight rods. Mine keep breaking so I gave up and purchased one that screws into the wall. But, yes, for sure a curved rod is great! I wish I had thought of that before I bought the new ones. Whichever home you choose to order, swapping out the shower curtain rods is easy peasy. If the dealer charges you too much, check out Amazon, Walmart or any store. I paid about $30 for mine but, since then, I've seen them cheaper. Same brand; same store.

The master bathroom is everything separate sinks are the best. I love this home if it was mine the only thing I would change would be I would have the office in the back bedroom near the back door and the children room closer.

I would make the office a reading room and add more shelves in the closet to hold my books 📚. For the room between the master and closet, two ideas: 1. Small sofa and large mirror 2. I would probably put up some sort of divider just to make a little separation between the kitchen and living room. Don't care for the microwave placement, but definitely not a deal-breaker. Now, for that main bedroom closet. I've said it before, I don't need that much closet space. LOL! Soooo, the first part would be my craft room, the second part with all the shelves would be just for my yarn. I would also make room for an upright freezer in the utility room. Love that back porch.

What a remarkable home!! The front porch and the back porch are so inviting. The windows and flooring are beautiful. The nine foot ceilings add even more space to the home. The kitchen and living areas are beautiful. The island with the quartz is so plush. Love that fridgidaire refrigerator . The quartz in the bathrooms throughout the home is gorgeous. The master bedroom is beautiful. Crazy for those walk in closets, actually live in closets. Love the windows in these closets. The main bath with the quartz is plush.
